1. Onyx Research terms and conditions: research use only

Under the Onyx Research terms and conditions, every product is sold for laboratory and in-vitro research only. Products aren’t drugs, foods, supplements or cosmetics, and they mustn’t be used in humans or animals. By ordering, you confirm you are at least 21 years old and buying for lawful research.

2. Your responsibility

The Onyx Research terms and conditions put local compliance on the buyer. You’re responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply where you live and where the order is delivered, and for handling and storing products safely.

3. Product information

We describe products as accurately as we can, including the amount, the label purity and the lab results we hold. Research summaries on the site describe published studies, mostly indexed on PubMed, and aren’t claims about any use. None of our products are approved by the FDA.

4. Prices and orders

Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. Orders paid with cryptocurrency get an extra discount, shown at checkout. The price shown in your cart at checkout is the one you pay. An order is confirmed when payment is received. We may cancel an order if a product is listed with a clear pricing error or if we suspect fraud, and we’ll refund any payment in that case.

5. Shipping

Shipping is free on every order. Delivery times depend on the destination and the carrier. Customs rules vary by country, and you are responsible for any import requirements at your end.

6. Damaged or wrong items

If a product arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email sales@onyx-research.co with your order number and photos within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right. Because of their nature, opened or reconstituted products can’t be returned.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Onyx Research is not liable for any loss arising from the misuse of a product or from use outside laboratory research. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for it.

8. Accounts

If you create an account, keep your login details private. You’re responsible for orders placed from your account, and we may close an account that’s used to break these terms.

9. Changes and contact
