What are healing peptides?

BPC-157 is a 15-amino-acid fragment of a protein first found in gastric juice. Most of its literature comes from Predrag Sikiric’s group in Zagreb and covers tendon, ligament, muscle and gut healing in rodents.

TB-500 is synthetic thymosin beta-4, the actin-binding peptide that helps cells move into damaged tissue. KPV, inside the KLOW blend, is the three-amino-acid end of alpha-MSH and is studied in inflammation.

How to choose healing peptides

Repair happens in stages, and each compound fits one. KPV belongs to the inflammation stage, BPC-157 to new blood vessel growth and TB-500 to cell migration. GHK-Cu adds collagen remodeling.

If your model covers several stages, a blend saves mixing separate vials: Wolverine for the BPC-157 and TB-500 pair, GLOW to add GHK-Cu, KLOW to add KPV as well. For single-compound controls, use the individual vials.

Storage and handling

Keep sealed freeze-dried vials in the freezer at -20°C, or in the fridge if they’ll be used within a few weeks. Once a vial is mixed, it stays at 2 to 8°C and is best used within about four weeks.

Write the arrival date and, later, the mixing date on every vial or bottle. Those two dates answer most questions later.
