When your parcel arrives
Check each label against your order: the Onyx Research mark, the compound and the amount. The powder should be dry and pale. A broken cake is normal after travel, but damp or discolored powder isn’t, so photograph it and email us.
Freeze-dried powder copes with a few days in transit at room temperature. Once it’s home, move sealed vials to the freezer at -20°C and only mix what you need. After mixing, keep vials at 2 to 8°C and use them within about four weeks.
